Eaton Adds Virtual Spanish Speaking Presenter to North American Truck Website

His name is Jose Santos and like his English language counterpart — Brian Fletcher — provides personalized and tailored information at www.ultrashiftplus.com.

At the site, Eaton provides detailed information on the features, benefits and applications of its newest generation of automated transmissions. The information can easily be customized based on viewer inputs, which will be uniquely tailored to their specific commercial truck application – be it linehaul, vocational or severe service.

Karnes noted that in the coming months Eaton will add a third virtual presenter who is being developed to support the French speaking community.

Through July, Eaton has presented personalized information via the Brian Fletcher experience to more than 16,000 people with an average viewing time of more than five minutes. Additional data shows that 10 percent of viewers spend more than more than 19 minutes interacting with Brian.
