Hendrickson Announces Suspension Training Program Held in October in Springdale, Arkansas
There will be two separate sessions held, one October 22nd -23rd and the second October 24th -25th , at Northwest Technical Institute Facility in Springdale, Arkansas. Each session is scheduled for one and one-half days including lecture and hands-on training covering Trailer 101, Hendrickson Tire Inflation Systems (TIREMAAX® PRO & CP), and TRI-FUNCTIONAL® Bushing Replacement. The training is conducted by Hendrickson’s regional field service managers.
Hundreds of technicians from independent repair facilities, fleets, and OE service dealerships, have participated in the past thirteen sessions. Previous HVSI training sessions have taken place in various locations across the US and Canada, and Mexico.
The HVSI program provides technicians as well as parts and service personnel with a basic orientation and hands on experience for the recommended installation, service, maintenance, and repair procedures for Hendrickson truck, trailer, and lift axle suspension systems.
“This course was very informative and the instructors were first rate. I‘ve taken away some very useful information on the Hendrickson equipment that I was trained on” stated Mike Sullivan of Mercer Spring.
“The overwhelming feedback on our HVSI program has been outstanding, it is our objective to train and educate as many technicians and parts professionals as possible to ensure our customers’ equipment is on the road, in optimum condition, and they have a great experience with our products.” said David McCleave, sales & marketing director for Hendrickson Truck Commercial Vehicle Systems.
