The latest in products, services, fuel-economy enhancements and advanced technologies will highlight the new Peterbilt exhibit at the 2017 Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) in Louisville, Ky., March 23-25. More than 70,000 attendees are expected at the annual show.
“Peterbilt is looking forward to meeting with customers and drivers at the Mid-America Trucking Show,” says Kyle Quinn, Peterbilt General Manager and PACCAR Senior Vice President. “MATS provides an outstanding opportunity for Peterbilt to interact with and thank the many men and women who own, operate or are champions of our products.”
Peterbilt will have a significant presence at the show. The 14,000 sq. ft. exhibit will feature 10 Peterbilt commercial vehicles, the Model 579 EPIQ’s latest fuel economy enhancements and new day cab configuration, SmartLINQ remote diagnostics technology and a special display for the Red Oval pre-owned truck program.
Additionally, the Peterbilt Innovation & Class tour trailer will feature a unique driving simulator, as well as interactive displays showcasing the latest in-cab technologies, safety systems, aerodynamic innovations and Peterbilt after-market products and services.
Peterbilt is the truck sponsor of the annual Paul K. Young Memorial Truck Beauty Championship, which will include a new “Best Peterbilt in Show” category with awards for first through third place.
In conjunction with MATS, Peterbilt is announcing its partnership with the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) to provide a $1,000 customer incentive on qualifying Peterbilt sleeper truck purchases received in 2017. The incentive applies to Models 567, 579 and 389 with a factory-installed 72-, 78- or 80-inch sleeper. Customers are limited to three rebates per calendar year.
